A Territory Manager is responsible for managing a defined geographic area, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This position acts as a bridge between the clients, branch teams, and senior management.
Business Growth
Identify potential customers and expand the client base within the territory.

Client Management

Team & Operations Oversight
Supervise branch operations, including administrative and credit functions.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and customer feedback.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Logistics, or Business preferred.
Experience: 1–4 years in sales or logistics operations.
Skills:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage teams and meet targets.
Knowledge of local geography and logistics operations.
Other Requirements:
Own transport (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and willingness to travel extensively.
