Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients while expanding business with existing customers.

  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to clients, address queries, and perform business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage booking associates and oversee branch operations, including administration and credit functions.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery.


🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or Logistics is preferred.

  • Experience: 1–4 years in sales within the logistics industry, with a proven track record in revenue generation.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (local language proficiency preferred).

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.

    • Knowledge of Indian geography and logistics operations.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Possession of a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license.

    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    • Flexibility to relocate in the future, if required.
