Job Description

  1. Sales & Business Growth:

    • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

    • Identify new customers and business opportunities.

    • Promote the company’s products or services effectively.

  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relations with key clients.

    • Solve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.

  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and guide field sales executives, account officers, or distribution partners.

    • Monitor team performance and provide coaching or support.

  4. Operations Coordination:

    • Ensure smooth logistics and delivery operations in the region.

    • Coordinate with warehouse, billing, and transport teams.

  5. Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Track competitor activities and market trends.

    • Suggest regional strategies to improve performance.

  6. Reporting:

    • Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and market data.

    • Present updates to Regional or Zonal Managers.
