Job Description

  1. Support Telecalling Team:

    • Assist senior telecallers in calling clients or prospects.

    • Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and contact databases.

  2. Lead Generation:

    • Research and compile lists of potential clients.

    • Provide initial information to prospects before passing them to senior staff.

  3. Customer Assistance:

    • Respond to basic queries from customers.

    • Direct complex queries to the appropriate person or department.

  4. Administrative Tasks:

    • Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with call outcomes.

    • Prepare reports on calls made, follow-ups, and appointments scheduled.

  5. Coordination:

    • Schedule meetings or calls for senior telecallers or sales executives.

    • Help coordinate marketing or sales campaigns.
