Job Description

Team Leadership & Mentoring

 
Lead a team of developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
 
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on coding practices, architecture, and problem-solving.
 
Solution Design & Architecture
 
Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
 
Participate in technical reviews, proof-of-concepts, and solution evaluations.
 
Client Interaction
 
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and business goals.
 
Provide technical recommendations, updates, and risk assessments.
 
Project Management & Delivery
 
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
 
Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
 
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
 
Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and Infosys processes.
 
Conduct code reviews and promote test-driven development, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies
