Project Management & Delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and Infosys processes.
Conduct code reviews and promote test-driven development, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies
Base Salary: Competitive, with variations based on experience and location.
Variable Pay: Typically around 15% of the base salary, disbursed quarterly based on performance.
