Job Description

HVAC System Operation & Maintenance

Operate and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and ducting.

Utility Systems Management

Maintain utilities such as compressed air, boilers, water treatment systems, steam lines, and chillers.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to production and laboratory areas.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Quickly identify malfunctions in HVAC or utility systems.

Perform repairs or coordinate with external service providers when necessary.

Monitoring & Documentation

Record system readings, maintenance activities, and breakdown incidents.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety procedures while handling electrical and mechanical systems.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety standards.
