Main Responsibilities:
Handle real-time chat interactions with international customers.
Provide product or service information, process orders, and resolve complaints.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quick, polite, and accurate responses.
Update customer details and query logs in CRM systems.
Work with other teams to resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets like response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously (multi-chat or dual-chat process).
