Job Description

Supervises a group of team members (usually 5–20 people depending on the department).

 
Allocates daily tasks, monitors performance, and ensures the team meets targets (sales, service, operations, or process-related).
 
Acts as the first escalation point for issues that team members cannot solve.
 
Provides training, coaching, and motivation to improve productivity.
 
Prepares reports for management on team performance (KPIs, SLAs, sales numbers, etc.).
 
Ensures adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
