Job Description

  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.

    • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Screening and Selection:

    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

    • Conduct phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications.

    • Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.

  • Candidate Experience Management:

    • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.

    • Communicate clearly with candidates about the process, timelines, and expectations.

  • Onboarding Support:

    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

    • Ensure proper documentation and smooth transition into the organization.

  • Employer Branding:

    • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and online platforms.
