Reporting & Compliance
Submit MIS reports to regional/head office.
Ensure staff follows company SOPs, grooming, and code of conduct.
Coordinate with audit and compliance teams.
Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years in retail management, preferably jewellery/luxury retail.
