Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper & Supervisor to manage inventory, oversee stock handling, and ensure efficient store operations. This role is critical in supporting our supply chain, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update stock records (incoming and outgoing).
Supervise loading, unloading, and delivery of goods.
Conduct daily stock verification and audits.
Monitor product storage conditions (FIFO, safety, hygiene).
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and internal departments.
Generate and manage stock reports, GRNs, and dispatch records.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
Supervise and guide warehouse or store staff

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/store/inventory management.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
Familiarity with FMCG/logistics environment is a plus.
