Maintain stock levels and ensure materials are available as per production or dispatch requirements.
Regularly update stock registers and ERP systems.
Material Handling
Supervise receiving, unloading, and stacking of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of goods.
Goods Receipt & Issue
Check incoming materials against purchase orders (POs).
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Stock Verification & Audit
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock checks.
Reconcile physical and system stock data and report discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain inward/outward registers, gate passes, and material issue slips.
Prepare daily stock reports and submit to management.
Team & Coordination
Supervise store staff and helpers.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company storage and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and fire safety in the store area.
