Analytical / Laboratory Work
Perform routine and advanced analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC, UV/Vis spectroscopy, etc.
Support method development, validation, and optimization of analytical procedures.
Research Support
Assist in drug discovery or development projects.
Conduct experiments according to SOPs and ensure accuracy and reproducibility of results.
Data Analysis
Interpret experimental data and prepare reports.
Maintain records of experiments, including observations, calculations, and results.
Collaboration
Work closely with senior scientists, chemists, and other R&D team members.
Support cross-functional teams for smooth execution of research projects.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company safety standards.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
Educational Requirement:
Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in analytical research, drug discovery, or pharmaceutical R&D.
Skills:
Proficiency with analytical instruments and techniques.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
