Quality Assurance Oversight
Ensure that all analytical processes and laboratory operations comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company SOPs.
Monitor and review analytical data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of analytical procedures, batch records, deviations, and validation reports.
Prepare QA reports, certificates of analysis (CoA), and regulatory submission documents.
Audit & Compliance
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for inspections by regulatory authorities such as FDA, EMA, or CDSCO.
Identify gaps in compliance and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Validation & Review
Participate in validation of analytical methods and processes.
Review data generated by R&D and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Production, and QC teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes.
Training & Mentoring
Train junior QA and QC staff on compliance standards, SOPs, and documentation practices.
