Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate payment tracking systems and documentation.
Support audits and reconciliations of site payments.
Handle queries from sites regarding payment status or discrepancies.
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, or CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
