1. Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction or project sites to ensure work is done according to design, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, report issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities and project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
2. Functional Area:
Construction / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / IT & Telecom projects.
Can also exist in renewable energy projects, industrial plants, or manufacturing setups.
