Job Description

  1. Customer Engagement & Sales

    • Collect feedback to improve customer experience.

  5. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

    • Update CRM or sales software with relevant data.

  6. Product Knowledge & Training

    • Stay updated on new products, features, and market trends.

    • Attend training sessions provided by the company or brand.
