Job Description

A Picker & Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders in a warehouse or store environment. The role ensures that products are picked accurately, packed safely, and made ready for timely delivery.

 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Pick items from shelves as per order list.
 
Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
 
Pack items securely to avoid damage during delivery.
 
Label and organize packed orders.
 
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
 
Follow company safety and hygiene rules.
 
Coordinate with supervisors and Nalivaru otoff for omooth onorationeSkills & Requirements:
 
Basic reading and writing ability.
 
Attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items.
 
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
 
Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)
