Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
Security & Compliance
Implement IT security protocols and compliance measures.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Mentorship & Team Leadership
Guide and mentor junior Systems Engineers.
Review technical work and provide quality assurance.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for successful delivery.
