Job Description

1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.

  • Drive sales growth by increasing product reach and visibility.

  • Execute product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns effectively.

  • Handle distributor appointment, performance, and profitability.

  • Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, and credit management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers.

  • Guide and support Sales Representatives (SRs) and Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs).
