Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers.
Guide and support Sales Representatives (SRs) and Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs).
Monitor daily market visits, productivity, and performance metrics.
Conduct field training and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the outlet base.
Improve product visibility through merchandising and branding activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
