Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, including dealers, architects, interior decorators, builders, and paint contractors.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business stakeholders to ensure sustained growth.

  • Sales & Collections: Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections to meet financial objectives.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of MRF's products and their applications to effectively address customer needs.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


🧠 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in BSc, B.Com, BE, or BTech. A Post Graduate Degree in Management is preferable.

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the paints or related industry.
