Education: Bachelor’s degree in BSc, B.Com, BE, or BTech. A Post Graduate Degree in Management is preferable.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the paints or related industry.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
