A Senior Relationship Manager – Mid Market & Supply Chain is responsible for managing and expanding banking/financial relationships with mid-market corporates and their supply chain partners (vendors, suppliers, distributors). The role focuses on acquiring clients, providing financial solutions, cross-selling products, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting revenue and portfolio growth targets.
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management
Identify, acquire, and manage mid-market corporate clients and their supply chain ecosystems.
Build deep, long-term relationships with decision-makers (promoters, CFOs, procurement/supply chain heads).
Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high engagement and retention.
Business Growth & Cross-Selling
Generate revenue by offering working capital loans, trade finance, supply chain finance, treasury products, and cash management services.
Cross-sell additional banking/financial products to meet client needs.
Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
Supply Chain Finance Solutions
Develop and implement structured financing solutions for client supply chain partners (dealers, suppliers, distributors).
Enhance product penetration in client ecosystems through innovative financing models.
Credit & Risk Management
Work with credit teams to assess client requirements and structure suitable solutions.
Monitor client portfolio performance, ensure timely collections, and flag risks proactively.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with operations, product, legal, and compliance teams for smooth transaction execution.
Prepare and share client reports, business reviews, and MIS with management.
Market Awareness & Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Provide insights to senior management and contribute to strategy for mid-market & supply chain segment growth.
