As a Senior Product Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems powering Rapido’s mobility platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, reliable, and efficient services that support millions of daily users.
Develop and maintain server-side components and APIs.
Design scalable, high-performance back-end architecture for mobile and web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Node.js, or Go.
Implement microservices and work with NoSQL / SQL databases.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.
Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js, or Go.
Experience in building microservices architecture.
Good understanding of NoSQL / SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Experience with REST APIs, server-side architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
