Job Description

Business Strategy & Operations

 
Design and execute city/business unit strategies to improve logistics performance.
 
Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of operations (drivers, orders, and customers).
 
Monitor KPIs: partner retention, delivery success rate, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
 
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
 
2. Team Management & Leadership
 
Lead a team of Business Associates, Executives, and field staff.
 
Set performance goals, provide mentorship, and track progress.
 
Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
 
3. Supply & Demand Management
 
Balance the driver-partner supply with customer demand to ensure high utilization.
 
Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to acquire new partners and clients.
 
Implement incentive programs and initiatives to improve driver engagement.
