Develop and execute sales strategies for your territory/region to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
Identify, prospect and acquire new customers and business accounts; build a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting value propositions, differentiators and ROI.
Negotiate contracts/agreements, close sales deals, ensure timely delivery and good customer onboarding.
Manage a territory: plan visits, prioritise clients/accounts, track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, territory plans and account reviews to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service, operations) to maximise customer satisfaction and market penetration.
Possibly mentor or guide junior field sales executives or associate sales staff (if applicable).
Travel frequently within the assigned territory and attend trade shows, conferences, customer events as required.
Maintain CRM system, update customer information, track interactions and ensure data integrity.
Base Salary + Variable Pay
