Job Description

1. Operations & Execution

  • Handle routine operations of the assigned department (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.).

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in executing company processes.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standard procedures.

📈 2. Performance Monitoring

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.

  • Analyze trends and suggest improvements in workflows or service quality.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate between departments like Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.

  • Serve as a communication bridge between junior team members and managers.

  • Handle client or vendor communication where required.

🗂️ 4. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain records, trackers, and management reports (MIS).

  • Present weekly or monthly status updates to management.

⚙️ 5. Team Support

  • Assist in training and guiding new team members.

  • Support managers in implementing new strategies or initiatives.

💬 6. Customer / Stakeholder Interaction (if applicable)

  • Handle client or partner queries professionally.

  • Support business development or account management teams.

  • Assist in audits, budgeting, and process compliance as required.

  • Ensure accuracy in maintaining employee or financial records.
