Vehicle Design & Integration
Design and package vehicle systems (chassis, suspension, powertrain, braking, steering, etc.).
Work with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Creo) for component and system design.
Prototype Development
Supervise prototype builds and ensure designs are manufacturable and functional.
Testing & Validation
Conduct vehicle performance tests: handling, ride comfort, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), and durability.
Analyze test data and propose design modifications.
Compliance & Regulations
Ensure vehicles meet global and regional safety, emission, and homologation standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams.
Participate in Design Reviews (DRs) and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare technical reports, BOMs (Bill of Materials), test reports, and validation documentation.
Continuous Improvement
Work on vehicle performance, cost optimization, and product enhancements.
