Job Description

🔹 1. Business Operations Management

Oversee daily operational activities related to intra-city logistics.

Ensure smooth coordination between customers, driver-partners, and the support team.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): trip completion, service quality, partner retention, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 2. Supply & Demand Growth

Identify, recruit, and onboard new driver-partners or vendors.

Maintain a healthy balance between supply (vehicles) and demand (customer orders).

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in specific zones.

🔹 3. Market Development

Conduct field visits to understand local logistics challenges and customer requirements.

Map potential customers, distributors, and small businesses in assigned areas.

Execute local business development campaigns to increase Porter’s market presence.
