Novick Biosciences is hiring experienced professionals (M.Sc / M.Pharmacy) for CRD (Chemical Research & Development) and FARD (Formulation Analytical Research & Development) roles at its facility in Pashamylaram, Balanagar, Hyderabad.
CRD Research Associate
Perform multi-step organic synthesis.
Characterize molecules using NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC.
Conduct purification and compound isolation.
FARD Research Associate
Handle analytical method development, dissolution testing, and stability studies.
Work under GLP compliance with tools like Empower software and HPLC systems.
CRD Role:
Organic synthesis and reaction monitoring
Analytical tools: NMR, HPLC, LCMS, IR
Lab-scale purification techniques
FARD Role:
Analytical method validation
Dissolution and stability testing
Knowledge of ICH guidelines and Empower software
Work in a fast-growing, science-driven Contract Research and Development Organization (CRDO)
Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge R&D tools
