Job Description

  1. Customer Engagement

    • Greet and assist customers in finding the right product or service.

    • Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions.

  2. Sales Achievement

    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • Upsell or cross-sell related products to increase revenue.

  3. Billing & Payment Handling

    • Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, UPI, etc.).

    • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges if needed.

  4. Product Display & Merchandising

    • Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, clean, and well-presented.

    • Monitor inventory and report low stock to the manager.

  5. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build long-term relationships with regular customers.

    • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Market Feedback

    • Report customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to management.
