Job Description

  • Sales Achievement

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Execute sales plans and promotional schemes provided by the company.

  • Market Coverage

    • Visit retailers and wholesalers in the assigned route or territory.

    • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at retail outlets.

    • Take orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery through distributors.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

    • Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.

  • Promotion & Merchandising

    • Implement brand promotions, offers, and campaigns in the market.

    • Ensure brand visibility through banners, posters, and in-store displays.

  • Data Collection & Reporting

    • Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, offers, and new launches).

    • Submit daily reports on sales, collections, and market feedback to the Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) or Area Sales Manager (ASM).

  • Credit & Payment Handling

    • Collect payments from retailers as per company policy.

    • Ensure proper follow-up for outstanding dues.
