Customer Acquisition & Sales
Contact customers (existing and new leads) via calls / digital channels.
Pitch and sell products like CASA (Current/Savings Accounts), Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.
Generate revenue by meeting assigned sales targets.
Relationship Management
Act as the Relationship Manager (RM) for a portfolio of customers.
Handle queries, complaints, and provide personalized financial solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Digital / Virtual Engagement
Use phone banking, video KYC, WhatsApp banking, and email to serve clients.
Promote digital adoption (NetBanking, MobileBanking, UPI, etc.).
Compliance & Documentation
Adhere to RBI and bank’s internal compliance rules.
Ensure proper documentation for sales and account opening.
Team Coordination
Work closely with branch teams, product managers, and credit/operations teams.
Share customer feedback for product improvement.
