Ensure high conversion rates of corporate tie-ups into active salary accounts.
Customer Service & Retention
Ensure salary credits, account servicing, and quick issue resolution for corporate employees.
Provide financial solutions and demonstrate HDFC Bank’s product offerings.
Maintain long-term corporate relationships to prevent attrition.
Compliance & Documentation
Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accurate documentation of corporate agreements and employee account openings.
Follow internal audit, compliance, and operational policies strictly.
Teamwork & Coordination
Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
Support branch teams in corporate salary business.
