Job Description

  • Corporate Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and acquire new corporate clients to open salary accounts for their employees.

    • Maintain good relationships with HR/Admin teams of corporates to ensure smooth operations.

    • Cross-sell other products like loans, credit cards, and insurance to salaried employees.

  • Sales & Target Achievement

    • Drive sales of salary accounts and meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets.

    • Generate leads through cold calls, references, and market mapping.

    • Ensure high conversion rates of corporate tie-ups into active salary accounts.

  • Customer Service & Retention

    • Ensure salary credits, account servicing, and quick issue resolution for corporate employees.

    • Provide financial solutions and demonstrate HDFC Bank’s product offerings.

    • Maintain long-term corporate relationships to prevent attrition.

  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines.

    • Ensure accurate documentation of corporate agreements and employee account openings.

    • Follow internal audit, compliance, and operational policies strictly.

  • Teamwork & Coordination

    • Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.

    • Support branch teams in corporate salary business.
