Job Description

Responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank’s retail products.

 
Work mostly in field sales: visiting individuals, small businesses, and corporates.
 
Promote and sell products like:
 
Savings & Current Accounts.
 
Credit Cards.
 
Personal, Home, Auto & Gold Loans.
 
Insurance & Investment products.
 
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and local campaigns.
 
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the branch/region.
 
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with RBI & HDFC policies.
 
Report daily activity & sales data to the Branch Manager / Team Leader.
