Key responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs.
Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
Train SDRs on outreach techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
Analyze data (calls, emails, meetings booked) to optimize lead generation.
Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns and lead quality.
Provide qualified leads/opportunities to Account Executives or BDMs.
Report weekly/monthly pipeline metrics to senior sales management.
Participate in strategic planning for improving outreach and conversion.
Fixed Salary + Team Incentives → Since this is a lead role, bonuses may be linked to both personal performance and team performance.
