Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs.

  • Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.

  • Train SDRs on outreach techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.

  • Analyze data (calls, emails, meetings booked) to optimize lead generation.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns and lead quality.

  • Provide qualified leads/opportunities to Account Executives or BDMs.

  • Report weekly/monthly pipeline metrics to senior sales management.

  • Participate in strategic planning for improving outreach and conversion.
