Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
Analyze client portfolios to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide regular reports to senior management on client status, sales performance, and regional trends.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage credit and operational risks associated with client accounts.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with regional and corporate teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Mentor junior staff or support teams, if applicable.
