Build and manage high-quality Agri-loan portfolios (KCC, tractor, dairy, farm development loans)
Conduct field visits to assess creditworthiness and verify documentation
Generate leads through FPOs, cooperatives, agri-influencers, and local dealers
Ensure proper disbursal and monitoring of loans
Maintain low NPA levels and support recovery efforts
Acquire new customers for:
Savings/Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits
Gold Loans, Credit Cards
Insurance Products
Conduct area-based customer visits for lead generation
Maintain strong relationships through regular customer engagement
Cross-sell multiple banking products as per customer profile
