Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management

    • Identify and onboard transportation sector clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, supply chain providers).

    • Maintain and grow the client portfolio by offering customized banking solutions.

    • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts and financials.

  2. Product Advisory & Cross-Selling

    • Provide banking solutions such as:

      • Working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, overdraft facilities.

      • Corporate accounts, cash management, credit cards, and insurance solutions.

    • Advise clients on financial planning for fleet expansion, logistics infrastructure, or working capital management.

  3. Revenue & Target Achievement

    • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for banking products in the transportation segment.

    • Increase wallet share by cross-selling additional banking and financial services.

  4. Customer Service & Retention

    • Serve as the primary contact point for client queries, complaints, and service requirements.

    • Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain strong relationships.

  5. Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and bank internal policies.

    • Maintain proper documentation for loans, trade facilities, and account management.

  6. Team Coordination

    • Work closely with credit, operations, and treasury teams to serve client needs.

    • Share market insights and sector-specific trends with internal teams.
