Maintain and grow the client portfolio by offering customized banking solutions.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts and financials.
Product Advisory & Cross-Selling
Provide banking solutions such as:
Working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, overdraft facilities.
Corporate accounts, cash management, credit cards, and insurance solutions.
Advise clients on financial planning for fleet expansion, logistics infrastructure, or working capital management.
Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for banking products in the transportation segment.
Increase wallet share by cross-selling additional banking and financial services.
Customer Service & Retention
Serve as the primary contact point for client queries, complaints, and service requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain strong relationships.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and bank internal policies.
Maintain proper documentation for loans, trade facilities, and account management.
Team Coordination
Work closely with credit, operations, and treasury teams to serve client needs.
Share market insights and sector-specific trends with internal teams.
