Job Description

  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Identify and approach potential clients in the commercial vehicle and logistics sectors.

    • Onboard new clients efficiently while ensuring all KYC and regulatory compliance.

  • Loan Origination & Portfolio Management

    • Facilitate commercial vehicle financing (loans, leases) for new and existing clients.

    • Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely recovery to minimize defaults.

    • Manage the credit portfolio to optimize risk-adjusted returns.

  • Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, and logistics firms.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and service requirements.

  • Cross-Selling Financial Products

    • Offer additional banking products such as insurance, working capital loans, cash management services, and fleet-related financial solutions.

  • Market & Sector Analysis

    • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the commercial vehicle and transport industry.

    • Provide advisory to clients based on market insights and financing options.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML regulations, and internal credit policies.

    • Maintain proper documentation for all loan and credit-related processes.

  • Revenue & Target Achievement

    • Meet monthly/quarterly business and revenue targets set for commercial vehicle financing.
