Job Description

  1. Partnership Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, NBFCs, and MFIs.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving queries and ensuring smooth operations.

  2. Business Growth:

    • Achieve targets related to sales, revenue, and Gross Written Premium (GWP) through partnerships.

    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network.

  3. Operational Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, HR, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Monitor partner performance and implement process improvements.

  4. Training & Support:

    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partner staff on products and services.

    • Support partners in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

  5. Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, sales metrics, and business insights.

    • Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis.

  6. Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

    • Monitor risks associated with partner relationships and implement mitigation strategies.
