Job Description

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing and new clients.

    • Act as the primary contact for client queries, service needs, and banking solutions.

    • Conduct regular meetings/visits with customers to understand their requirements.

  2. Business Development & Sales

    • Acquire new clients through cold calling, references, and branch leads.

    • Achieve assigned sales & revenue targets across multiple products (CASA, deposits, loans, investments, insurance, forex).

    • Cross-sell financial products (mutual funds, life/general insurance, credit cards, investment solutions).

  3. Portfolio & Revenue Management

    • Manage and grow assigned portfolio value.

    • Increase share of wallet by offering tailored banking and financial solutions.

    • Monitor account health and ensure retention of high-value customers.

  4. Financial Advisory

    • Assess customer’s financial needs and recommend suitable products.

    • For HNI/Wealth segments: provide wealth planning, investment advisory, and portfolio diversification guidance.

  5. Compliance & Risk Control

    • Adhere strictly to KYC, AML, RBI, SEBI, IRDA regulations.

    • Ensure error-free documentation, audit readiness, and internal process compliance.

    • Identify risks in client portfolio and take corrective measures.

  6. Coordination & Collaboration

    • Work with product teams (loans, treasury, wealth) to deliver integrated banking solutions.

    • Collaborate with branch staff and support teams for seamless service delivery.

  7. Self-Development

    • Keep updated with banking products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

    • Achieve personal learning & performance targets as agreed with manager.
