Job Description

Build and manage relationships with customers (Retail, SME, or HNI clients).

 
Acquire new clients through field visits, referrals, and networking.
 
Cross-sell and upsell HDFC Bank products:
 
Savings/Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Insurance.
 
Retail Loans (Personal, Home, Auto) and SME Loans.
 
Wealth Management solutions (Mutual Funds, Investments).
 
Ensure customer service excellence – handle queries, grievances, and escalations.
 
Meet monthly sales & revenue targets.
 
Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
 
Prepare MIS reports and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
