Job Description

Warehouse Operations Oversight:

Supervise daily operations across all warehouses in the region.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and timely dispatch of goods.

Implement best practices in layout, material handling, and workflow.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment cycles.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.

Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational staff.

Recruit, train, and mentor personnel to improve productivity.

Set performance targets and conduct performance evaluations.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all warehouses comply with safety regulations, company policies, and legal standards.

Conduct safety audits and enforce preventive measures.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Manage regional warehouse budgets efficiently.

Optimize operational costs while maintaining service standards.

Process Improvement & Technology Implementation:

Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and other process automation tools.

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
