Quality Planning & Assurance
Develop and implement quality control plans for electrical systems (solar panels, inverters, cables) and civil works (foundations, structures, civil infrastructure).
Review project designs and drawings for compliance with standards.
Inspection & Testing
Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and construction work at various stages.
Perform electrical testing (e.g., insulation resistance, earth resistance, continuity checks).
Monitor civil quality parameters such as concrete strength, alignment, and structural integrity.
Process Compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO, IEC, or company-specific quality standards.
Monitor construction and installation processes to prevent defects or deviations.
Recommend corrective actions for non-conformities.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and test certificates.
Maintain logs of deviations, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective measures.
Support audits (internal & external) by providing documentation and records.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with project engineers, site managers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure quality requirements are met.
Provide guidance and training to field staff on quality practices.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for quality improvement in materials, methods, and processes.
Implement best practices to reduce defects and improve project efficiency.
