Job Description

  1. Test Planning & Execution

    • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.

    • Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.

    • Conduct regression testing to ensure updates do not affect existing features.

  2. Automation & Tools

    • Write automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

  3. Defect Management

    • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.

    • Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

  4. Performance & Load Testing

    • Conduct performance, stress, and load testing to ensure application stability.

  5. Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and product quality metrics.

    • Provide actionable insights to product and development teams.

  6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

    • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

    • Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and QA efficiency.
