Product Inspection
Check materials, components, and finished goods visually or using measuring tools.
Identify defects such as scratches, color variation, cracks, or incorrect dimensions.
Approve or reject items based on quality standards.
Testing & Measurement
Perform basic testing (weight, dimensions, color match, hardness, etc.).
Use instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, or weighing scales.
Documentation
Record inspection results in QC check sheets or system software.
Maintain daily quality inspection reports.
Coordination
Report non-conforming materials to the Production or Quality Supervisor.
Support the team in rework and corrective action.
Process Control
Monitor production lines to ensure process consistency.
Verify labeling, packaging, and batch numbers before dispatch.
Safety & Compliance
Follow company’s quality standards and safety procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of materials.
