Job Description

Procurement Support

Assist in creating and managing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP MM.

Support vendor selection and evaluation processes.

Inventory & Material Management

Track and update inventory levels using SAP MM.

Assist in maintaining accurate material master data.

Vendor Communication & Coordination

Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoices.

Support vendor audits or documentation verification.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Generate procurement reports using SAP MM and Excel.

Analyze procurement data to support process improvements.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and guidelines.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits or regulatory compliance.
