Job Description

Vendor Management

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Procurement Planning

Inventory & Material Management

Ensure proper documentation of received goods and maintain accurate records.

Cost & Quality Control

Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.

Compliance & Reporting

Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and procurement procedures.

Prepare reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis for management review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with production, finance, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
