Shipment Processing
Sort and process incoming and outgoing parcels.
Scan packages and enter details into the system.
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for shipments.
Documentation & Data Entry
Update shipment status in the system (tracking updates).
Maintain proper records of receipts, dispatches, and returns.
Assist in generating reports related to daily shipment activity.
Operational Support
Coordinate with delivery staff, branch office, and operations team.
Assist in resolving operational issues like lost parcels or delayed deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Customer Support Assistance
Provide basic shipment information to the front office or customer service teams.
Escalate unresolved shipment issues to the concerned team.
